ARCODE CONTROL PANEL

The Arcode control panel is designed for elevators operating with hydraulic or traction systems, supporting up to 64 stops and compliant with EN 81/1-2/20+A3 standards, with a maximum operational speed of 4 m/s.

 

  • Supports all types of automatic door control
  • One door control I/O in the inspection box, two in the control panelrı
  • Built-in motor phase protection
  • Remote control of ARCODE via any handheld terminal connected to the CANbus line
  • Earth leakage protection with cabin and shaft power line fuses
  • Shock current switch for shaft lighting control (via buttons on top and bottom of the shaft)
  • Emergency alarm siren (activated from top or bottom of shaft)
  • Dedicated safety circuit connections between the control panel, inspection box, and pit box
  • Serial cabin communication over CANbus
  • Flat socket cable connection between the control panel and inspection box
  • Plug-in type socket cable between cabin panel and inspection box
  • Serial landing communication over CANbus line or via MSP16 card with parallel floor connections
  • Socket cables running throughout the shaft for easy floor-by-floor connection, CANbus line included
  • Plug-in socket cable connection to the CANbus line from landing panels on each floor
  • Socket cable connection from each floor's door contact to the shaft’s door locking system
  •  Socket cable connection to each floor’s door lock contact system
  • Single cable socket connection to the pit box
  • Independent dual door control support for different landing configurations
  • 1-phase 220VAC UPS or battery group support for easy evacuation from top floors
  • Direct stop functionality allows for precise stopping even on short floors
